Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product, all orders are considered final sale, and payments made to us are non refundable, unless the product appears to be defective.

If the product appears to be defective, then within 30 days of your purchase, please take a picture of the product defects and email it to us at sales@cellfend.com, along with a picture of the packing slip with your relevant order information.  Feel free to call us as well, at +1 314 403 8848.
